Using the store

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details, and use the store lawfully.

Our products

Product pages describe what is included in each purchase. Prints are reproductions of Paola Luther's original oil paintings. Original paintings and frames are not included. Prints are supplied unframed, in an open edition, with the artist's signature reproduced as it appears in the original painting.

Screens vary, so printed colour may differ slightly from what you see online.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and may cancel an affected order with a full refund. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email.

Making to order

Prints are produced individually after you order. Cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. International duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images and text in this store are the property of Paola Luther and are protected by copyright. Buying a print grants you personal use of that physical print only. You may not reproduce, resell, scan or create derivative works from the artwork without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
