Where we deliver
We ship worldwide. Prints are produced by our print partner and dispatched from the production facility nearest to your delivery address, which keeps transit times and carbon down.
Preparing your order
Every print is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days before your order is handed to the carrier. Transit time is additional.
Free standard shipping on US orders over $70 — that is any two prints.
Delivery estimates
- United States: about 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International: about 7–14 business days after dispatch
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs can add time, particularly around holidays.
Tracking: you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Multiple items: orders with several prints may arrive in more than one parcel.
Duties and taxes: international orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email paolalutherteam@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Because prints are made to order we can usually only change or cancel within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. If it is too late we will tell you.
If something is wrong
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email paolalutherteam@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the print and its packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund. You will not need to return a damaged print.
Returns
Because each print is produced individually for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it went unclaimed, we will contact you. A reshipment may incur a further shipping charge.
